All books that go out to our local stores are checked, signed and delivered by Amber herself. And these are the best ways to get one.
We usually ship the day of or the day after an order is placed unless mentioned otherwise. All items come with a tracking number that will be sent by email and our parcels don't require a signature. If this is something you would like simply leave us a message at checkout and we will tick this for you.
RETURNS POLICY
We aim to get every order to you in perfect condition however can't control every element of shipping. So should you experience a problem with your order please contact us immediately so we can do our best to resolve it.
We also have a 30 day returns policy where you can return your item within 30 days of your purchase. As long as the item is in immaculate condition and all items returned are at the buyers expense. We do not cover for return shipping of your item.
